How can you use this e-voucher?

Two nights’ Accommodation & Breakfast with Surf Experience for 2 people, in a Double/Twin room (depending on the dates to be booked, if the value of the accommodation is higher than the value of the e-voucher, payment of the difference may be requested);
- Surf Experience: Surf baptism for 2 people (equipment provided) – Duration: 30 minutes (each person);
As a discount for any other stay in the various rooms and accommodation arrangements at the Apulia Praia Hotel.
As a discount for any supplement to your stay, including experiences with our partners, booking directly with our reception.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

The e-voucher is valid for 1 year after the date of purchase;
The use of the e-voucher is subject to booking at least 15 days in advance of arrival at the Hotel;
The use of the e-voucher is subject to the availability of accommodation at the Apulia Praia Hotel;
The e-voucher will be sent to the email indicated at the time of purchase;
The value of the e-voucher will have to be used, in full, in services at the Apulia Praia Hotel, without the possibility of refund, and will be deducted from the total amount of the stay upon check-in/check-out;
If the value for accommodation is greater than the value of the e-voucher, payment of the difference will be requested;
If the value for accommodation is less than the value of the e-voucher, no refund will be made of the remaining value of the voucher, however, the difference may be used for extra consumption, under a discount regime;
Accommodation is free for one child, up to 5 years old, when sharing a room with two adults;
The e-voucher is not redeemable for cash or refundable;
The e-voucher cannot be combined with other campaigns operative at Apulia Praia Hotel;
Changes or cancellations must be communicated to the Reservation Center at least 48 hours in advance of the expected date of arrival at the hotel. If the deadline is exceeded, the e-voucher will be automatically cancelled, with no right to use it later;
Reservations must be made through the reservation channels, upon presentation of the e-voucher. The e-voucher must be delivered upon arrival at Reception, in printed format, or sent by email – otherwise, the stay will be invoiced to the customer at the Rack Rate on that day and for that stay;
The extension of the e-voucher is possible, within a maximum period of 3 months after the expiry of the validity, upon additional payment of €15.
