Summer Tour 2025 – Esposende
Following the success of the first edition, Clube Hípico do Norte once again hosts one of the country’s biggest equestrian events.

July 4–6: CSI3* & Iberian Cup
July 9–10: National Club Championship

With a total prize money of €194,500, the event promises a top-level competitive experience for professional riders, combined with the unique hospitality of Esposende.

On March 1st, the Sargaço Museum in Apúlia opened a new exhibition of photographs by Carlos Rio.

This is part of the ongoing project, “Marouços, the last refuge”, which aims to draw attention to the need to preserve the “hardwood forest and pine forest between Apúlia and Fão”. This is the largest lung in the Litoral Norte Natural Park and an area that is extremely rich in wildlife. As a result, a photography exhibition has been set up showing some of the wild animals in this area. This exhibition is the first part of the project and, at the end of the year, the documentary currently in production will be presented to the public.

The exhibition will be public from 3 pm on March 1st. The author will be present to explain all the details of this project on this first day and it will remain open for a month, during the Museum’s normal opening hours.
He will also accompany group visits, which must be booked through the Museum.

This year’s Cruzes Party features an irresistible program, running from April 30 to May 4.

In addition to traditional events like the Battle of the Flowers and the procession of the Holy Cross, the program includes performances by artists such as Calema, Fernando Daniel, The Gift, and Nininho Vaz Maia, promising lively nights.
The ethnographic parade, performances by brass bands and rusgas, fireworks displays, and the popular fair complement the schedule, which this year also includes activities for children, such as a magic show and a concert with Nina Toc Toc.
